The App may use your device's native services (such as speech recognition). These services are governed by your device manufacturer's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their functionality.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
